The library has two reading rooms with working areas and one computer room where you can use the resources of our electronic catalog. Here you also can get informational advice, use a printer and drink fresh coffee. The entry to the library is free, but in order to take the literature to your home, you need to issue a library card.

Yes, the entry to the library is free, you can use the resources of the library and attend all events without a library card, but in order to take the literature to your home, you need to issue a library card.
In case you lost a book or other borrowed material, you will have to reimburse this to the AAPL. You can reimburse the material by first reporting at the customer service in the AAPL what you lost exactly. After that, you can reimburse the amount at the cash machine in the AAPL. The fine on the material will expire immediately.
